A walk-in and family medicine clinic on the ground floor at Hurontario and Armdale.
Dr. Asmat Khan, MD, CCFP
Dr. Khan is a family physician with more than twenty years of clinical experience, licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
She earned her MD at Kashmir University in India in 2002 and holds certification in Family Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She practised family medicine in Mississauga before opening All Care Medical.
Her interests are in preventive care and in managing long-term conditions properly — diabetes, blood pressure, asthma and heart health — alongside children's health, women's health and long-term health planning. The approach is patient-first: explain things clearly, decide together, and follow up.

Sees patients for walk-in visits and as a family doctor, and is the physician on record for the clinic.
Walk-in and booked visits for every age. A female physician sees patients here; ask which days when you book or call.
Checks you in, books follow-ups, and can tell you whether to walk in, book a time, or go to a hospital.
The clinic itself
All Care Medical is at 5105 Hurontario Street, Unit 5, on the ground floor of the tower at the corner of Hurontario and Armdale Road, a block north of Eglinton, under the glass canopy. MiWay buses run along Hurontario, and there is an automatic door at street level.
Walk-in visits and family medicine happen in the same rooms, with the same records, so a cold today and a check-up next spring are seen by a doctor who has the whole picture.

Call the clinic and ask whether she’s taking new patients right now; if she is, the desk will tell you how to register. If you have no family doctor and her list is full, Health Care Connect is Ontario’s free service for finding one: call 811, or register at ontario.ca/healthcareconnect.
Can I ask to see a female doctor?
Yes. Ask for Dr. Khan when you book or check in, for cervical screening or any exam you’d rather have with a woman. If you’re walking in, call first to check she’s in that day.
Where can I check Dr. Khan’s licence?
Search her name or number 112738 on the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario’s register at register.cpso.on.ca. It shows her registration status and where she trained.
